Monday Market Update - March 14th-16th
Although the housing market is still cooler than in previous years, this past weekend's activity suggests a strong Spring and Summer season!
155 properties went under contract, slightly down from the previous weekend. I imagine we can thank Saint Patrick for that...
Still, 102 properties decreased their listing price while 150 NEW properties entered the market.
With a whopping 97 homes sold, we at the McGarry Home Team believe this number will continue to grow week-over-week.
